Red, White & Boom
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:45pm
Get ready for tons of free Independence Day fun during Red, White & Boom at the famous Daytona Beach Bandshell, Friday, July 4th, 2008. The good times get started at 5:00pm with children's games, simulator rides and a car show in Oceanfront Park. Live entertainment by headliners POCO and opening act Last Call.
Events Schedule:
5:00-10:00pm: there will be children's games, simulator rides, & show car all in Oceanfront Park.
5:30-7:30pm: the program will continue with the opening act Last Call performing.
7:30pm: welcome with Frank Scott from WHOG radio, sponsor recognition & prize giveaways.
7:40-7:42pm: Mayor Ritchey to welcome the crowds to Daytona Beach.
7:45-8:05pm: introduction of Jeff Gordon with a Q&A session.
8:15-9:30pm: POCO performs in concert.
9:42pm: National Anthem sung by special guest.
9:45pm: Fireworks simulcast with WHOG.
8:00-10:15pm: WHOG radio remote

Port Orange
Annual 4th of July Celebration
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:00pm
Presented by the City of Port Orange in Cooperation with Rock On Productions, this event takes place at the Port Orange City Center located at 1000 City Center Circle from 4pm-9pm.
Activities include a Hot Rod Car show, Games & activities for the kids, food, Live Entertainment and fireworks will cap off this day of fun.

All performances will take place at the Kenneth Parker Amphitheater and all performances are subject to change. This event is free and open to the public, however please refrain from bringing pets, personal fireworks and alcohol.
Edgewater
City Of Edgewater's 4th of July Celebration
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:15pm
Festivities for the City of Edgewater will kick-off at 8:00am, Friday, July 4th, with the 2nd Annual Edgewater Fire/Rescue Association-Southeast Volusia Family YMCA Family Fun 5K Walk/Run on beautiful Riverside Dr., along the banks of the Indian River. Information and registration forms can be obtained from the YMCA at (386) 409-9622. Outdoor and recreation enthusiasts won't want to miss the Boat Show, featuring crafts by Boston Whaler, Edgewater Powerboats and Everglades Boats. There will be games and inflatables for the kids to enjoy, and food will be available for purchase.
Also, there will be a Blood Drive (Central Florida Blood Centers) happening from 10:00am until 3:00pm on South Riverside Drive.
Music will be provided all day starting at 10:00am by our very own Pete Michaels.
The Edgewater Fire/Rescue Association is a non-profit organization that supports the City of Edgewater Fire/Rescue Department and is sponsor of the 4th of July activities and fireworks display.
Parking will be available at the north entrance of the New Smyrna Beach - Edgewater Cemetery and at the vacant lot located at Lamont Street and N. Ridgewood Avenue. Handicap parking is available at City Hall (permit is required).
Spectators and event-goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for their own comfort.
DeBary
Old-Fashioned Independance Day Celebration
Free fun at DeBary Hall, Friday, July 4th, 2008! An Old-Fashioned Independence Day Celebration - a patriotic party for young and old with line dancing, live music, con-*test*-('")s and prizes, kids crafts, pie-eating con-*test*-('")s and more.
Sheriff's Office will have a patrol car and Fire Services will have a truck on site for youth to explore. Refreshments will be available for sale. Tours of the mansion are $3 for adults, $1 for youth ages 5-12 and free for children 4 and younger.
Florida's Blood Centers will have the red bus on property for donors to give blood. All donors will receive a $10 gas card, Sonny's BBQ Big Deal Combo Meal, and membership in Club Red, where, upon a 2nd donation, donors receive a $10 Gift Card for Darden Restaurants.

Riverblast
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:00pm
The Riverblast Independence Day celebration will take place at the Swamphouse Riverfront Grill & Tiki Bar located at 488 West Highbanks Rd. DeBary, FL 32713 (on the St. Johns River) on Friday and Saturday, July 4th and 5th, from noon untill Midnight.
Family-friendly event featuring live concerts produced by Rolling Thunder Productions, featuring eight great bands, an amazing fireworks show (Friday, July 4th only), dunktank, bounce house, face painting, games, con-*test*-('")s, vollyball, drink specials and outdoor BBQ. This is an ALL AGES Family event!

Deltona
4th Annual Fireworks Extravganza
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:15pm
Get together with family, friends and the community for the City of Deltona's 4th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza, Friday, July 4th, 2008, at the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, located at 1236 Saxon Blvd in Deltona.
Entertainment includes fun-filled games and activities for the kids, from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. Also, beginning at 7:00pm, a live band will keep the tunes and good times going until 10:00pm. At approximately 9:15pm, a spectacular fireworks program that will fill the sky with bright patriotic colors and magnificent booms.
Beginning at 6:00pm, there will be a shuttle service from:
- Deltona City Hall/DBCC campus at 2345 Providence Blvd
- Manny Rodriguez Park – 1570 Overton Street
- Last bus TO the fireworks will depart City Hall at 8:45pm
FREE PARKING available at Our Lady of the Lakes Church – 1310 Maximillian Street.
Flagler
Flagler County's Fabulous 4th Festivities
FIREWORKS BEGIN AT 9:15pm
Presented by the Flagler Beach Chamber of Commerce, This family event takes place in Veteran's Park and the site of the Friday Farmer's Market, which is at the corner of A1A and S.R. 100 in the center of Flagler Beach. The site of the event is directly across the street from the beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The annual, patriotic Independence Day Parade, sponsored by the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce will be at 10:00am. There will be a variety of live music entertainment at 2:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm, 8:00pm, and after the firworks from, 10:00pm 'til 11:00pm.
From 9:00am until 9:00pm, enjoy a leisurely stroll while perusing throughout an abundance of unique Arts & Crafts booths and a variety of delectable foods from vendors.
