please help info on why im not getting spark
can anyone give me or have any ideas on what to do i have a 79 cj7 with a 304 it runs fine for 25 min then just shuts off no warning just shuts off like you turned the key we have changed the caps,wires,plugs,cylinoid,fuel pump,controll moduell,thermostate,ignition coil and we cant figure it out it starts up after it cools down we have checked all ground wires it is a frustrating situation can anyone tell me anything else to check thanks

I would start by seeing if when it shuts off are you getting fuel to the carb. If not it may be vapor lock, are the fuel lines close to any heat source.

yea we checked that it is just not geting spark after it shuts off then it cools down and starts back up any other ideas

Well first, you'll need a digital volt meter (more accurate), when it dies, check the voltage on both sides of the coil with the ignition on. Then we'll go from there. Had the same thing....80' CJ5, 304....It would cut out and die when hot also, went through all the same things, Module, coil, etc... Turned out to be a wire grounding going to the coil from the wiring harness. One way I found mine was to "Jiggle/Wiggle" the wiring harness near the distributor and around the module and it started cutting out then died. Then it was a process of elimination.
