Trail Ride Announcement for Sunday December 2nd 2007
All stock Jeeps are welcome and encouraged to attend. (Front/Rear tow points recommended ~ just in case) Date/Time/Location: Sunday December 2nd 8:30 am Boat ramp parking area 4 miles West of Deland on State Road 44. (a.k.a. Ed Stone Park) The Plan: Leave from the parking lot at 9:00 am and head into the forest for some fun wheeling. We will be taking a few different forest roads up and over the bombing range. Then work our way back to SR 42 and head home. I know it's hunting season so we'll be on mostly the wider roads

I'll be there, and I might be bringing a buddy who just got a jeep recently.

Thanks Arty for an enjoyable ride today. Even with my little breakdown I had a good time. The AAA guy got me home by 1PM.

Glad you made it home in good time. That photo is cool, the lighting makes it look like they used copper water pipe ... and would explain why it failed like that ;-) I think we had 15 jeeps on this ride, thanks to everyone for keeping it fun. Found a nice variety of trails to ride. Passed a few hunters but most were just standing next to there trucks talking (just like we do). Hope to see you all at the year end party.
