Hello everybody. I've already had the pleasure of meeting and riding with a few of you guys. I'm the idiot that rode with you guys at River Rock last year for Wilson's Turkey Ride. I also hung out with you at Jeep Beach.

Just thought I would go ahead and join your forum so I can pester you some more. 8)

My name is Mike and I live outside Atlanta. I grew up in Panama City and went to school at FSU. I drive an ugly red 4-door Rubicon. I also sport matching hair if that helps you remember.

OK, so down to business. Is anybody going to Wilson's Turkey Run this year? I talked to them and they are going to Mountainside this year. It's a really cool place. I've been a few times. Unfortunately it's a bit longer drive your ya'll. The ride is next weekend, 11-14 and 11-15. I'm bringing half a dozen Jeeps or so from Georgia Trail Riders with me to Mountainside.

Hope some of you guys can make it. I enjoyed hanging out with you last year.

Here are some pics of my junk.

Can't remember if I had Scout with me on that run or not. I probably did. He doesn't miss many.

How many are going? Any problem with us bringing 6-10 rigs?

Thanks for the welcome guys. There are lots of really scenic places to ride up this way. Most of them are farther north than River Rock. You gotta get in to the mountains for the really cool stuff.

Here's link to a couple of Mountainside runs in my photobucket account. It's very pretty up there.

And if you want to see more places, go here:

Hey Jeff. That rock is harder than it looks. It's all about pucker factor.
